Generator Change Over Systems

During 2010 we installed generator change over systems including a 2500 amp with remote generator correction, 2000 amp on a dual supply site complete with dual castell interlocked system and a bespoke main panel including power factor correction.

Fire Alarm System

New 32 zone replacement analogue fire alarm system (installed at customers request) in South Lincolnshire Production Facility. (November 2010) Addressable system available.

Submain Installation

Heavy duty 2 x 800 submain installed on ladder rack in South Cambridgeshire. (August 2010).

L.E.D. Lighting

L.E.D. ready IP65 (Fluorescent style) light fittings installed on 66% / 33% P/R Control in cold store complex in South Lincolnshire. (October 2010).

Refrigeration Wiring

Sub contract Refrigeration field wiring to all factory Refrigeration system installed in Vegetable Temperature Controlled Storage Facility. (East Midlands).

Seed processing Plant

Rollins Electrical have been successful in working with DUNNS SEEDS of Long Sutton, Lincolnshire, to install a completely new seed, pea and bean processing plant. A 2 year rolling project saw the installation of a new tonne bulk bag weighing system, including a 4 x screen software designed in-house to control 6 Alan Bradley Plc's.

The system includes:

1. HMi interfaces for local control
2. Individual panels designed and installed using ABB switchgear
3. Bespoke inverter and soft start control panels
4. DUNNS multi bulk bag PC control bagging system
5. Seed storage bins and filler system controlled by local HMi

Parking Area

New packing area and process machinery recently installed for a Lincolnshire based customer. Installation included mains, lighting, machinery supply and control panels.

Lorry Park

Cambridgeshire Lorry park lighting includiing all ground works supplied and installed.

New Power Factor Correction

Panel designed, built and installed by Rollins Electrical during night time shut down period for client based in Leicester.

Large Power Installation

Large power 2 x 800 amp splitter panel for packhouse in yorkshire.

Packhouse Lighting

Rollins electrical recently installed low/bay 44 watt LED units in a packhouse as well as local lighting over inspection tables,making an overall proven saving using mini meters of 68% in usage.

Recent office refurbishment including,cat 2 lighting,power,data points for customer in suffolk.
