Sutton St James Sports

12 Oct 2016

Following our move to our new premises in Sutton St James in 2016, it was important to Rollins Electrical to become an integral part of the local community. Not only by offering jobs to the surrounding villagers but to help in any way we could. We were quick to approach the community groups of Sutton St James and ask if they needed any assistance. Sutton St James Sports and Recreation Committee have been raising funds for the past few years to connect electricity and water services to the sports changing rooms. We were more than happy to help and installed interior and exterior lighting, sockets and a metering system. Phil Newton, Vice Chairman of the Committee said, "After being involved with the football club for over 24 years, this is a major breakthrough in the development of the changing rooms. Once we have a water connection then it opens up endless opportunities for sporting activities for the whole village to take part in. We would like to thank David Rollins and Rollins Electrical for their more than generous donation and for all the work they have carried out".
